Free Tutoring For Dyslexics

If you are a secondary/middle/high school leader, we will tutor up to five of your dyslexic students aged 11 or 12, free of charge.

We will oversee all of the intervention process. All we need is a local volunteer (or teaching assistant) to manage the 20-minute daily Reading Copilot Club session for the five students.

We will collaborate with that volunteer to make sure every student joining the Reading Copilot Club experiences a transformation in their reading over a few weeks of structured tutoring.

Here are the advantages to you:

  1. No staff training required.
  2. No staff time required
  3. No cost for our tutor time.

If you are pleased with the impact on these five students, then we can provide the same support for more dyslexics at a rate of £370/$500 per student. 

Or we can train one of your colleagues to run the interventions and then the cost is just £75/$100 per student.

To be eligible for this free support, the students do not need a dyslexia diagnosis, but they do need to fit this profile:

  1. 11 or 12 years old
  2. Highly frustrated by reading and spelling
  3. In the normal range for short term memory and spoken English
